iCare empowers physicians to review and electronically sign essential patient documentation, including the 485 form and verbal order confirmations. Moreover, it offers a fully integrated, detailed chart for both home care and long-term care patients, streamlining access to vital information. The application also supports secure communication between physicians and clinical staff working in home care and long-term care settings.
